Nice Environment to work.

Pros

Planned work using Agile Methodology. Good Health plan options. Nice work options (Work from Home option, Working remotely). Good work and life balance. Good global company. Has big development offices in Karakow and India as well.

Cons

Need more seating space. Two people share a cube. Recent layoffs.

- Not cutting edge technology work for techies but rather mundane development which wont give this company any edge in long run. - Senior management not technically savvy, foolish decisions with picking technologies and standards. - Layoffs year after year results in demoralized workforce
