Pros

Flexible work hours. Small size company less bureaucracy than larger size companies. Interesting work, depending on location and position. More job stability due to government contract work, providing of course contract gets renewed. Management does care about its employees and are conscientious with regard to contract performance.

Cons

Government contracts cap salaries - little opportunity for growth. Benefits not as good as commercial sector. Capital budgets very limited due to nature of business.

Pros

Sabre has a great internal culture that fosters strong working relationships and teamwork. Due to Sabre's large business processes/structure and small business atmosphere, there's a genuine "family" culture. They provide external training that is deemed pertinent to your position and will benefit your career.

Cons

Management is difficult to communicate with and goals/objectives are not established at the onset of employment. Salaries are below average and informal training and mentorship is sparse.

Competitive Pay, Pleasant CEO, Nice social parties, good benefits, nice size company, funded contracts, prestigious office, supportive staff and human resources.

Cons

This company is fine if you are happy in the job you were hired to fill. However, if there are problems between you and the customer, the company does little to resolve them. They make no effort to relocate unsuccessful placements or enhance a person's occupational opportunities.
