Pros

There is a free soda machine

Cons

They put people in management that have no experience. They treat their techs like trash. D2D reps are numbers not people. Call center is treated better than corporate and techs doing the job.

Pros

Has many departments and the business structure is well done.

Cons

Management and ownership is a deceiving and cunning. Pay is 30% less than competitors. No growth opportunities despite their “ownership” plan.

- Regular hours - Free lunch - Good Training

Cons

- They changed their services and procedures fairly regularly, which was difficult to keep up with in customer service - Large turn-over - Stressful work environment
