The company had its upsides, but ultimately it wasn't outstanding. It might serve as a starting point, but the individual would likely want to move on to a superior company eventually.

Cons

Many expressed shock at the disgraceful manner in which the company was managed, ineffective leadership and inadequate communication led to numerous shortcomings, making it challenging for the organization to perform effectively and attain its goals. The company was unable to function optimally, leading to a setback in its progress and success.

PTO is quite insufficient and unpaid holidays Days can be long especially in the Summer Training can be lackluster for certain aspects of the job
