Pros

Soda Machine, mingling with other departments/employees, and is a very rewarding role, good culture.

Cons

Management does not listen/poor management, misleading benefits (PTO is not Paid Time Off it is for Personal Time Off. Paid time off is only applicable to certain roles like Pest Control Technician or if you are a salaried employee), high turnover, the work you do is not worth the pay and/or your mental health (VERY overworked).

We appreciate your willingness to share your point of view. We are sorry that you felt management did not listen. An important part of Saela’s culture is fostering healthy, open mentor-mentee relationships. This is important in all departments throughout Saela. Regarding the misleading benefits, our job offers that employees sign before starting with Saela, clearly go over all benefits and if they are eligible for paid time off. Some of the other great benefits offered to our employees include: health insurance, 401K, holidays, etc.

Pros

absolutely nothing. this company was hands down the worst i have ever worked at.

Cons

The ceo is so self absorbed. every week we had to watch videos of him sharing his insights and it was nauseating. the manager over my department was the most il prepared person i have ever met. she made up meetings on the spot. she had absolutely no interest in her employees. no training whatsoever.

Pros

there are good people at Saela but 99% of the management like the directors and the execs are dishonest and selfish

Cons

Don't know where to start. They are the perfect example of overpromising and underdelivering. They teach about being "love based" and "ownership" but yet none of the leadership/management do and they lead by fear. Almost every single person that has worked for edge in the d2d program that has left has had a terrible experience of not being paid what they were supposed to. The most hypocritical company out there. STAY AWAY!!
