Initially, I was hesitant to work for a pest control company, but this is the best job I've ever had. I love my team, I love my managers, and I love the culture that Saela works hard to maintain. At first, it was off-putting to listen to "culture videos" each week, but I've come to appreciate the core values that the CEO encourages us to implement in our lives and our work, like finding true happiness, being confident in ourselves, and appreciating/loving others for who they truly are. My managers are very supportive, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. They challenge me, in the very best way, to help foster my growth and attain new skills, while not pushing me to my limit. I also know that my opinion and feedback is valued and taken into consideration. I've had the privilege of working with several members of management and executives across the company, and they all have an excellent work ethic and growth mindset. All they want is help their team succeed in all aspects of work and life. The people in my life are probably sick of hearing how much I love my team and my job. I've grown and learned so much at Saela, and I'm excited to grow more!
