Pros

Management creates a positive, encouraging team environment. Management treats employees extremely well. Pay is fantastic if you are a go-getter. Take home vehicle. Outdoor exercise. Paid to workout. Learning new skill sets. Strangely enjoyable!

Cons

The cons have been addressed and resolved. Edge now has PTO, 401K, flexibility with work/life balance.

Great Culture and growth. 4 day work weeks. company car and gas card. Company events. Paid training and testing. Great management. Ability to run your own routes. Highly recommend.

Cons

Getting into attics and crawlspaces, some people may not like confined spaces. I didn't at first but was able to get past that fear and grow.
