      Pros

      I started with Edge almost 5 years ago. I found a job where I can make a genuine impact on people's lives and I loved it. It's hard work at times but always rewarding and not just financially. This is an environment where I was afforded the room to not be a cog, make my own mistakes, learn from them and make some more. If you like being challenged and growing this is an excellent place to work and I highly recommend.

      Cons

      Some areas you deal with pests in are hard to access, dirty and downright nasty. But you are only there part time. Someone lives there full time.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, but the opportunity to sell on route more than makes it worth it, considering that the sales commission is much higher than other places. It’s a cool culture that focuses more on improving than “getting in trouble” on mistakes. They promote within and the rate we’ve been growing has created many opportunities to move up.

      Cons

      Some days can be challenging, and you will get pushed out of your comfort zone, but at least everyone has your back.
