A high-level of professionalism is very important to a productive work environment and our policies and training encourage professional behavior throughout the company. We are continually analyzing our pay and benefits to stay competitive. If any of our employees are feeling stressed by their hours, we hope they would reach out to their managers to find a reasonable solution.

Pros

Great team culture built on continuous process improvement. There is never a slow moment as the team uses any down time to improve and create new processes for efficiency.

Cons

Long hours are sometimes needed to meet deadlines, but isn't a regular thing.

Pros

The management at Edge is truly incredible. The internal culture is the best I have ever experienced. They work to help become the best version of yourself and everyone keeps a positive and helpful outlook.

Cons

Some of the benefits are slightly lacking, but management is working on making improvements. During certain time-periods, the work-life balance is not the best.
