Pros

Gain some experience so you can leave asap.

Cons

There's nothing worth staying in this company for. You will never experience the growth and advancement that you would expect in a company. The salary raises are also very minimal, and it doesn't even match the inflation rate. You should leave this company once you gain enough experience to apply to another.

Fast growth can mean quick changes and may require people to be flexible.

Pros

The company had its upsides, but ultimately it wasn't outstanding. It might serve as a starting point, but the individual would likely want to move on to a superior company eventually.

Cons

Many expressed shock at the disgraceful manner in which the company was managed, ineffective leadership and inadequate communication led to numerous shortcomings, making it challenging for the organization to perform effectively and attain its goals. The company was unable to function optimally, leading to a setback in its progress and success.
