Great work environment and culture. Edge is a good company run by a smart and kind business man. He does a good job at keeping the business running well and growing while showing genuine care for the employees.

There's a lot of great people who work here and work hard. It's a chill environment because there are low expectations.

Cons

There is no structured coaching and so you're never sure if you're doing a good job or if you're gaining more skills.
