      Great people, emphasis on company culture, and great on-site gym and basketball court

      Pros

      You can take more than the 1 1/2 minute wrap-up time between calls if needed, heavy emphasis on company culture, flexible with changing between part-time and full-time, very nice on-site gym and full basketball court with 6 hoops, Coca-Cola machine, weekly food truck, major holidays off and some unpaid time off each year, occasional food parties, great location right next to UVU and I-15 freeway, opportunities to advance and some bonus opportunities

      Cons

      No 401K plan, no lunch break unless you take 30 min out of your 8-hour shift as unpaid time, lots of employee turnover

      Pros

      Sometimes food trucks come by. The admin team tries to do fun activities for people

      Cons

      They weaponize their “values” to use against employees without living them. They claim to be for mentorship and that they’ll put you on a plan to try and make things work but that doesn’t stop them from firing people with no notice or warning. The entire company feels like high school, full of cliques and backstabbing gossip. Like literally the CEO was badmouthing employees despite one of the papers you sign at onboarding saying you can be fired for gossip. The executive team claims everyone is the same but have their part of the building separated from the actual workers. The HR department decides what is and isn’t appropriate for work based on how much they like someone.
