Pros

Great people to work for. Solid Contract Value per sale. Leadership cares about you for the most part.

Cons

Training is mostly preseason, in doors, in the office, and/or prior to the start of the work day. Expectation is to learn on your own and figure things out on the doors. Not a ton of training on the doors

Awesome Company to Work For!

Pros

Hands Down Edge is an Amazing Place to Work!!!!! I worked for Edge for a number of years in a variety of positions. Each one was a awesome new experience. I was always encouraged to excel and always had the support of a great team to help me do that. Supervisors and managers were always there to brainstorm and help me whenever I encountered a problem. The sky is the limit working for Edge. They do a great job rewarding those that work hard. Insurance, pay, and perks are great!! It’s a great environment to work in. Lunch is often provided. Edge does a really good job at creating an environment that you love to be at and is a really fun place to work. I made a lot of great friends including those I worked with but also with management and executives. Everyone makes a great effort to make sure you succeed. They live up to their mantra of taking care of their people. Fantastic place to work!!

Cons

If you are not a hard worker this is not the job for you.

- Regular hours - Free lunch - Good Training

Cons

- They changed their services and procedures fairly regularly, which was difficult to keep up with in customer service - Large turn-over - Stressful work environment
