Pros

I loved the people that work there. They are all nice and i think that's due in large part to the culture. Great building and facilities. Love my managers and all the executives. Great work life balance, (leave right at 5 except on very rare situations). Only ever had to work a weekend once in the year i was there.

Cons

Sometimes felt micromanaged. Realized that i was being underpaid by a lot. A little strict on PTO and some perks that are offered almost everywhere else in my field of work.
