The growth of the company is exciting and I love the principles that are taught because they allow me to experience success in my job. My superiors care about my success and they do an excellent job in their mentorship efforts. I love the people that I work with. The most enjoyable part of my position is helping reps achieve their goals and providing them with the tools needed to be successful. The building and location is awesome. Edge is a great place to work.

The culture is really good. Strong leadership. Health benefits are good. Company vehicle. Paid time off. Able to work around your schedule as things happen, overall very flexible.

Cons

Long days from time to time. Have to work in inclement weather some times.
