      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to take on responsibility and improve. Management is on top of things and takes time to train and mentor their employees. They pay wages that are similar to the other companies in the area.

      Cons

      Because Edge is a smaller and newer company, they lack a lot of the bells and whistles of other older and larger companies.

      EDGE is fantastic - the work is interesting and diverse and every day seems to bring something different and unique. The culture is great, it's an environment that is created to truly help you succeed. From playful morning meetings, to support from team members in the field, and even catered breakfasts and grilling out.

      Cons

      Weather - rain or shine. Occasional long hours.

      We are grateful for your review! There are many great reasons to work at Edge, and you outlined many of the benefits. We are a family, and we want to see each other succeed. No matter the position, there is going to be exciting work and people to help. We appreciate all that our Technicians do despite inclement weather or longer hours during the summer season.
