      Pros

      By far the most creative job I've had. Plenty of opportunities to share your ideas and have people listen. There is a definite need for innovation and creativity, and there is plenty of room for growth. Upper management is great and sincerely cares about their employees, and the culture can't be beat. The great people make it what it is.

      Cons

      Because Edge is in growth mode, working longer hours sometimes is necessary if you consider that a con. But this does lead to more opportunities.

      Pros

      Wonderful place to work. It is very people oriented. The whole philosophy is taking care of people. My fellow employees are my friends. I have worked in many different places but Edge really values my opinions and suggestions. Management encourages individual ideas. I have seen management do the "right" things with people even when only a couple of people know about it. They do it because it is the right thing, not for any "show" or "hey look at me". They just sincerely care.

      Incredible culture and opportunity

      Pros

      I have been here a few months now after working at my last job for 7 years. The culture here at Edge is 2nd to none. I've never heard of or experienced anything like it in the workforce. I've learned so much that applies to an every day job and also all other aspects of my life. It has truly been life changing for me. The opportunity seems great because they Executive Team makes you feel like they truly care about you and your success at the company.

      Not enough drinking fountains throughout the building.
