Pros

Love Edge! From top to bottom, Edge is the most culture driven company I’ve worked for. The CEO sincerely cares about the growth and development of the employees. It is literally infused into all of our literature and culture principles.

Cons

Perhaps more competitive management incentives structured around increased operations revenue that said management is directly responsible for growing.

Pros

Love it or hate it, Edge has a strong culture. If you take ownership for your actions, enjoy developing yourself and others, and like being compensated for results, jump on the train. This company is growing and growing fast. I've seen many go from front line employees to managers in just a few years. No one is perfect, and no one pretends to be here. It's hard work but it's so awesome to work with people who are motivated driven.

Cons

Summer hours are long, working in all weather conditions

Pros

Comfortable low pressure atmosphere with strong company culture and clear set goals. Company provided vehicle and gas card as well as company provided uniforms.

Cons

Lots of push to succeed and personal growth.

Edge wants all of our employees to experience high levels of job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we provide all the tools needed for success. Culture is a great tool, and, in all locations, our Technicians receive a company vehicle and gas card.
