Pros

I am likely biased as I have been involved with Edge since almost the beginning. I have had more opportunity over the last decade than I would have ever imagined. I am privy to the behind the scenes discussions and love knowing that the other members of the leadership team really care about creating growth and opportunity for all team members.

Cons

Very fast paced...year over year growth requires a tremendous amount of personal growth in order to keep up.

Insurance Great bosses Great training Company vehicle Paid training Great knowledge you'll use the rest of your life If hourly pays more than your commission, you get whichever one pays you more.

Cons

Commission. Sometimes you make less than dirt for working all day. 9-13+ hour days regularly Company encourages you to tell customers about reservices- but you get $8 per job. You are commission and this sucks because your pay comes from other technicians. Anyone in your office who isn't your direct manager absolutely is not on your side and will lie to customers and the service technicians will suffer because of it. Very pushy about sales.
