Pros

Weekly pay. As a bilingual professional, I was able to negotiate an okay salary for my experience and skill-set. The interview process was as expected but the expectations should have been clearly outlined during the interview and also outlined in writing in their offer letter.

Cons

Major push to just fill in empty chairs and it appeared they were hiring anyone and everyone regardless of previous experience and skills. I was let go on the last day of training because they felt I "needed to be around people, so I wasn't a good fit." My question is this - if I wasn't going to be "the right fit", why not address the issue earlier on? Why wait until the very last day of training to decide to go separate ways? Waste of time.

Pros

Management is very cunning and knows how to play the game. Paint a very rosy picture of what you can earn... Even 6 figures!!!

Cons

I worked for the company for about 4 weeks until my sales goals weren't met. I completely understand that philosophy, however… There are multiple examples of dishonesty and deceit, both with employees and customers. The young management in place is extremely green and poor at basic communication. This indicates excessive turnover even at lower to mid level management as well. No business experience, acumen or professionalism. I truly thought I was hired into a professional atmosphere selling a great product with a long term career opportunity. Rather, you will meet for about an hour a day to go over how to deceive the customer to get the sale. Sell at all costs, promise the free stuff, get the signature and move on to the next house. On top of that, management won't back your promises to the customer, leaving you to look foolish and without integrity.

Pros

After working in the public sector for years, I came to Safe Haven for a change. This is the best environment that I've ever worked in. Safe Haven takes care of it's employees and the managers do everything they can to help employees succeed. They want you to be here and they want to see you make money. This is the only place that I've seen actually thank employees and reward them for hard work. A simple "thank you" or "nice job" certainly goes a long way with an employee! Sure, you have to work hard to see all of the benefits but it does pay off, literally. I've seen many negative reviews on here but those are from people that chose not to work and in sales, that's what it's all about. Come in on time every day, do your job and do your best. It's up to you how much money you want to make! This job is challenging, it's fun, it's everything it should be for the makings of a great career.

Cons

There aren't any unless you don't want to work to be successful.
