      - We are all working fully remote as a contact center. - Leadership is responsive, adaptable and innovative. They are determined to remain the market leader. - Yearly bonus is now tied mostly to personal performance and not tied exclusively to company performance. - Consistent performance check ins with upfront communication. - Twice a year culture surveys have generated actual action from leaders.

      Cons

      - Leadership has been slow to roll out promised technology changes that were announced years ago.
