      The basics to glass are learned. Decent people to work with Travel team lets you branch out with other markets and see how others operate

      Feel like just a number

      Paid training, decent pay, 401k matching.

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t care about employees AT ALL. They used to with old CEO and before investors. Expect to have no personal time from April - October. Mandated 6 day work weeks, sometimes 7. Corporate management could care less about store level employees. Faster faster, more more grind culture.
