      Pay can be decent IF you are willing to be a bit unethical

      One way or another, Safelite will get paid for the wipers. Either from customers or lowering technician pay.

      Pay, work vehicle, decent benefits.

      Cons

      Greedy company who cares more about making money off of low quality wipers than high quality work. De-moting guys with 5-15 years under them because they can't meet a quota while promoting guys who don't know what they are doing.
