      Comprehensive training, great managers. There was good support

      Cons

      The system and constant checks and reviews on a job where you're pretending to be an insurance agent was beyond draining.

      Pros

      I get to work from home. Early outs are always available. I got to choose the hours I want to work.

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are not good. Safelite solutions has monopolized the glass industry putting small glass shops out of business. We are not allowed to offer other glass shops to insureds. Cash prices are high with Safelite.

      Great pay great people. I have loved being employed by Safelite for the last 18 years.

      I have nothing bad to say about Safelite. Has been great for me and my family.
