Cons

Company does not hold true to their values of “people powered” as you will not be treated like a human being with a life outside of this company. Uniforms are uncomfortable and soak sweat. Survey system designed for you to fail.

They do care about diversity for their lower levels.

Cons

Upper management has low diversity- mostly male and very few POC. Very low pay for the amount of revenue generated. Difficult to advance without a degree.

This is a place to work, not build a career

7 Paid holidays off after 90 days of employment. They will pay for college if it is related to the job but, You need to pay up front and they will reimburse if you have a good gpa

Cons

Health insurance is expensive weekly and even more when you go to the doctor. There is no job stability. There is no room for growth, even if you take advantage of their school reimbursement program. In my time working for the company I have had three different District managers and 5 managers directly above me. Everyone is just a number. With the turn over of district managers they never have an answer for you and store managers tend to know more than the district managers because they are always being replaced.
