      Pros

      Toxic environment with poor leadership that micromanages every part of your job. As a store manager, you just enforce policies and process that were handed down. Your input does not matter and leadership does not care about you or your employees

      Cons

      Toxic environment that creates a great deal of turnover. You have no say in how you run your store. But, you are accountable for the action of your senior leadership decisions and how they affect your team.

      I honestly don’t know where to start. Getting hired full time and getting 1-2 shifts a week, customers mad at you because how unorganized this company is, management will throw you under the bus the first chance they get. This was honestly the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Coworkers are fun, managers are laid back.

      Cons

      Struggle to earn 40 hours in a check. They have an issue with sending techs home if too many vehicles have to be rescheduled.
