One pro when I worked at Safelite is you get better at multitasking. The skills you gain in the environment are transferrable to other jobs.

Cons

The managers do not like to work. Technicians have poor attitudes and work ethics. The Customer Advocates get blamed for issues that the manager should have dealt with since technicians lack respect for customer advocates. Technicians will curse at you and treat you like scum. You will do tasks that aren't in your job description.
