Confusing standards and less than desirable disability practices.

Most of the other employees were chill

I started in June and was put on hold for employment for my disability accommodation, due to Safelites error it took me 2 months and being 'terminated" for them to actually finish their side of getting my accomodation in and then 3 weeks into training (over video call constantly so my work area had been visible that entire time and seen by multiple levels of superiors) one trainer decided my workspace was not in line with safelite standards and I was let go after informing them I would excuse myself from the class for further guidance.
