Pros

it depends on your team, i really like my managers and coworkers. not micro-managey. very friendly and welcoming to new hires.

Cons

disorganized, mediocre pay, not great benefits. corporate higher ups are entitled and have lost touch with company needs aside from money money money (that lower level assoc. will never see)

Pros

Work from home. That's about it.

Cons

Attendance policy sucks. If you have internet issues or if you're on hold with IT for more than 45 minutes, you are required to call the call off line. It still counts against you, even if it's no fault of your own. No sick days, and any PTO has to be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. Then there's the calls. You're required to do everything you can to get them scheduled, even after they say no. The bar for wiper sales is pretty low, but it's still not easy selling them for $70 for a set (when they're only about $16 for employees). Most of management is cliquey, condescending, and play favorites with their teams. JC I had threatened termination on more than one occasion, for various reasons, mainly low sales.

Over worked

Pros

My direct hires are the best part of the job.

Cons

Over worked, extremely underpaid, constantly given more work, stringent deadlines, unable to hire for your own team, very little diversity up the ladder, micro racism, nepotism, a peer decides your workload and days off, if you live within 60 miles of the office you must work 1 day in office (leadership) or find someone else to work it. PTO and sick time are the same. Occurrences remain for 1 full year, you only grow your career if they want you to.
