      Pros

      Comprehensive training, great managers. There was good support

      Cons

      The system and constant checks and reviews on a job where you're pretending to be an insurance agent was beyond draining.

      Pros

      I get to work from home. Early outs are always available. I got to choose the hours I want to work.

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are not good. Safelite solutions has monopolized the glass industry putting small glass shops out of business. We are not allowed to offer other glass shops to insureds. Cash prices are high with Safelite.

      Pros

      Work from home, internal promotions, benefits for full time employees, and semi flexible schedule.

      Cons

      We had to pitch windshield wipers on essentially every call, they pushed it really hard. The wipers were not cheap, so it was not an easy feat to hit your numbers and be able to reap the benefits of your sales. They did offer $1-$3 per wiper sale if you had met or exceeded your KPI numbers, but again it wasn't as easy to sell as they made it out to be.
