      Pros

      Flexibility is amazing! Enables learning and development well.

      Cons

      PTO could be more, especially since sick time is included. But flexibility allows remote work when sick, if possible.

      Pros

      Work structure, company culture, leadership, communication, I honestly have zero complaints about working at Safelite. I truly miss this company so much, however my role was seasonal.

      Cons

      The only con is layoffs/seasonal work. I truly wanted to retire from Safelite in 40 years, however being seasonal did affect that..
