      Pros

      By the end of it, the only pro was the benefits.

      Cons

      After 5 years with the company, the pay scale began to change. Close personal friends of mine within the company were cut 10-20-30+ thousand dollars per year in compensation. The reason, you ask..? Wiper sales. Customer surveys. Anything but the quality of your work, because that would make it too easy to maintain your salary level.

      Absolutely no work life balance. Fake promises on taking care of the employees. No room to grow. Volatile. Micromanaging.

      Mandatory 6 day work weeks in peak season which is mid summer. Work all weather, hot,cold,rain,shine. The better you are at the job can equal more work
