      Pros

      Safelite has a decent medical plan . Uniform allowance.

      Cons

      I have not had a raise in many years while Safelite is very profitable. High employee turnover rate. New techs required to sign a three year contract and if they leave safelite before the contract is up they owe safelite money. Management will not support you in a conflict with a customer. Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and lots of overtime.
