      Pros

      Safelite is technology forward and stay apprised of the latest tools and systems. This means employees have the opportunity to learn new tools and implement enhancements.

      Cons

      Some of the standard procedures don’t make sense for all of the tools in use. Sometimes there is a square peg - round hole scenario when trying to get approvals to deploy new features.

      Pros

      They changed the uniforms in 2025, so at the least now you don’t have to wear Ronald McDonald red. Our district manager is a very sincere person, I truly hope they don’t shaft him when he retires.

      Cons

      Mandatory 6 day work weeks in the summer. laughable merit raises. Multiple managers at various places with zero communication.
