      Pros

      The company has taken needed actions over time to pay the technicians a high rate. There is a yearly survey to all associates. Paid training and tools needed for technicians.

      Cons

      Technician pay can be drastically be reduced or increased yearly based upon on things out of their control. Senior leadership has declined since Tom Finney and Steve Miggos departure. There is a leadership friendship group that has been hired and politics play a big part of how you are treated. There is no longer care for the field leadership or associates, it has been replaced by a sense of fake admiration.
