      Pros

      Great benefits, company vechile to use and take home every night, company paid cell phone, great pay, decent amount of paid days off even in first year of employment, great paid training, and great management team.

      Cons

      Long hours, warm temps and some cold temps depending on location and time of year. Sometimes long drive times between jobs, occasionally glass needed for your route that day did not get delivered to shop and you have to be the bad guy and call customer to reschedule.
