      Really good company to work for. Good benefits. People are very friendly. There is great leadership team. Has a clear vision for the future of the company.

      Cons

      Not all promotions go to qualified people. Pay could be better. Recommendations that are made sometimes take awhile to be taken care of.

      Lots of activities planned. Amazing work life balance. Benefits are pretty great as well. Glad i get the opportunity to work for Safelite

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be lacking the needed skills to be effective. Gotta park a little bit away from the building some days.
