      Pros

      Although Safelite is a multi-national company, the Phoenix call center has a supportive family feel. The Benefits and compensation are normal for the area. The leadership is great from the team leads to the management.

      Cons

      The only conis days off are not consecutive.

      Pros

      Safelite provides a company car as well as gasoline only to and from work.

      Cons

      Management is degrading and at times verbally abusive. Management has a mentality that Safelite comes first, second and third in your life. Car is equipped with a devise to know your location, speed, stops and starts at traffic lights and such.

      Pay is pretty good for call center work Location and building nice to work at Some of the people are nice

      Cons

      Micromanaged, Nit pick your work, will find anything to keep you from scoring 100 on call monitors. If they don't like you they will lie to get you terminated from your job. Not to be trusted. The so called job coaches have less experience than most employees and sit there and tell you how to do your job. Not a good place for a career.
