      The training invested into their employees..The benefit package is good for a single person. The goals to encourage success in the company..

      Cons

      Promotions are not offered. The employee pay is lower than needed for cost of living for a family of 4.

      The pay lured me in, but in the end it wasn't worth it.

      Pros

      Overtime was available, raffles for working extra hours, computer system was relatively easy to use, they offer full time benefits, they offer part time schedules and good pay for customer service, opportunities for slight pay increases, easy to get by without much effort.

      Cons

      Very limited advancement opportunities, no personal or professional development opportunities, limited time to interact with or build camaraderie with co-workers, difficult to request time off, horrible part time benefits, stressful work environment, frivolous rules which don't apply to everyone, supervisors give incorrect/unhelpful information, upper management has a disconnect with the realities of the job when making rules and regulations, very high turnover.
