      The senior management team doesn’t care at all about employees. Poor communication, lack of direction and preparation for meetings, regular gaslighting.

      Pros

      SafelyYou is honestly a great place to work with a good culture. Like any startup, there are definitely some growing pains, but that's just part of being in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. It's a demanding place, and not everyone is cut out for that kind of intensity. Yes, there have been a few terminations but don't let the negative reviews mislead you. More often than not, people just didn’t meet the bar and that’s to be expected when the standards are high.

      Cons

      If you enjoy a challenge, like working in a fast-moving company, and are okay with stepping up, this is a place where you can really grow and make a difference.
