Compensation, flexibility, profitable company, can’t find any other pros.

Cons

Horrible culture, CEO yells at everyone therefor those folks yell down at everyone. Fire culture that everyone talks about freely, backstabbing culture, doesn’t pay bonuses like they promise.

It was a paycheck and after insurance deduction not much was left. I often told my wife it's blood Money.

Cons

Management way of motivating is daily threats of your job if this is not done or that is not done. Calls throughout the day asking where you are and demanding you pick it up or they "will find someone else". The intimidation tactics got old after the first two weeks. There is a non-existent training program, they throw you to the wolves and see if you can survive. The attitude is if you can't make it will find someone else who can. If you like being micromanaged and treated like you're replaceable everyday, this is the job for you. One of the worst jobs I've ever had in my career.
