Nice people at the branches. Lots of training. Company car.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. Your work isn't valued as much as it should be. Corporate red tape is absurd. They care more about the optics of caring about their employees more than they actually care about their employees. Antiquated systems and expectations. Expect more work year after year but raises are impossible to come by.

Entry level hazmat job Benefits pretty quickly

Poor management in the Columbia, MO branch Pay scale changes Have to work to death to get a head enough to take time off because you don't have anyone to cover for you while you're gone. The company constantly lies to you. Your job is constantly being threatened. You have to work overtime to make enough money, but many times overtime is cut so pay sucks. Commission is horrible.
