Immediate branch has a family orientated feel. Truly will miss the relationships with my peers.
Cons
Just about everything you touch along the course of your day is flawed. The system is irrevocable broken. From the beginning, was told I would receive raises and bonuses - after almost four years never received anything of the sort. The office equipment is from the 90's and consistently breaks down. The daily paperwork and grind are somedays impossible due to this all-American company outsourcing and trying to get results\answers from corporate. The turnover rate is high due to them consistently adding more responsibility to your job with nothing in return.
