Pay was ok. New pay plan as of 2021 saved the company lots of money.

Cons

Too much cross over with Clean Harbors, we’re constantly competing against our own company. Top down management totally out of touch with what is happening in the field. Computer programs are archaic and take forever to do things that should take a couple minutes. You are a number here, if you don’t like it find the door.
