Pros

None - the management allowed/supported an atmosphere of silos.

Cons

Loud - Dirty (even the offices). Not well heated or cooled. Other employees did not respect accounting's role.

There are no pros. This place is awful.

Cons

Lack of experience from the supervisors and workers makes this place a horrible work environment. You'll spend hours "troubleshooting issues" because the company doesn't even have a procedure for completing the buildings. I swear, every single day I walked in there, it felt like it was everyone else's first time in a shop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
