Pros

Great community even when working remotely. Everyone supports each other and all have a huge desire to care for pets and their owners especially in an emergency situation and want to help them live long healthy lives. There is an extremely high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient assistance to each and every pet.

Cons

Remote work may not be for everyone. 24/7 company so shifts may be any time of the day or night and weekends are mandatory as are holidays on rotation.

Pros

Location, some nice people, nice building, good product

Cons

Some women in this company treat others terribly. There is a lot of caddy, gossip, side mouth talk about so many people - you never know who to trust. If they don't like you, plan on being unhappy there.
