Pay is terrible for the work you do. No work life balance. No paid breaks. Stuck to your computer. Back to back to back to back calls. HR and management are horrid.

Pros

This is the best job I've ever had and the best company I've ever worked for! They are very inclusive and supportive. They truly believe in open, honest and transparent communication. The team here is amazing! There are so many different people from different backgrounds and people get along so well-we are like a big family! People that work here really live by the mission, vision and values of the company and are so supportive of each other! People are truly recognized and rewarded for performance which is refreshing. And a bonus is being able to work from home!

Cons

Its busy and can be stressful because many people call in with emergency situations or perceived emergency situations. These positions are very unique in the human medical and veterinary field so sometimes hiring and training can be 'slow' but there really is no work around because of how different our positions are. That being said the leadership team is very proactive on staffing and constantly jumps in to help on shifts to make things run as smoothly as possible. There are a lot of great incentives for helping out and picking up extra hours as well. I can't say enough great things about how amazing the team work is here!
