      Lots of hard labor for little pay. Courtesy clerks at my store were treated more like tools then employees.

      Pros

      Health benefits are affordable and you do get a good amount of sick and vacation days.

      Cons

      Courtesy clerk is bottom of the totem pole so you get paid less and have to do everything. Clean, bag, collect carts in icy conditions, put away items. So if you arent a fairly in shape person, try cashier

      fun Coworkers, not bad if you have a good store manager

      Cons

      working holidays, mean management, underpaid New employees don't want to stay, job demands too high, not enough help, inconsistent hours

      Pros

      If your looking for a job with good pay then this is it. But the pay is only good a the Store Manager level.

      Cons

      This company offers no work life balance. In addition they use reverse discrimination when promoting. they tell their managers to focus on people of color and women. If your a white male this is not where you want to be. They don't want you.
