I also left for approximatley sixteen days and when I came back, multiple baristas infomed me that upper managemt was taking statments on how me leaving effected the crew badly and how unproffesianal it was. Since then I've been put on a Personal Impoovment Plan and wasn't informed until two weeks after. On those plans you have 30 days to correct your actions or face termination. I'm surely convinced that after I told upper managment about my pregnancy that they are trying to fire me..
