Pros
writing your own schedule, more relaxed environment compare to drug store pharmacies, nicer customers, management would listen if you be consistent with your needs. you can have 3 days off ( 11 hour shifts). they have good HSA and medical insurance. Management will try to honor you for vacation if you ask in advance.
Cons
Lots of hands on tasks and lots of things that falls under manager role. As far as benefit, they match 3.5% only and you get the money next March of following year. You have to be employed till end of the year to get your 401K match, You have limit of 12-15K to contribute to your 401K each year.
